Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made in writing 45 days out from the event start date, will be accepted subject to a cancellation service charge of $100.00. Registrants that do not attend the program or cancel after 45 days out from the event start date are liable for the full fee. Registrations received after 45 days out from the event start date are 100% non-refundable. Entire registrations may be transferred to a colleague at any time without penalty.
From time to time, situations may arise resulting in your decision, or your company’s decision, not to attend the conference after registering. If these situations are as a result of a change in corporate policy, or as a result of an impact outside of the control of Macgregor Communications affecting the production of the event, and collectively could result in a serious financial impact to Macgregor Communications, while these situations are very rare, registration fee refunds are not given regardless of days prior to the event. Any cancellations with 45 days of the event are not refundable, however, can be transferred to another individual.
