This Online Exhibitor Kit contains all of the information required to exhibit at APC. 

  • Be sure to review the shipping information - Failure to follow shipping directions may result in difficulties receiving your shipment. 

  • Please remember that all accounts must be settled prior to the event start dates. If you require your invoice to be sent again, or would like information on payment options, please let us know.

Below is a helpful checklist to ensure that your exhibiting experience at APC is successful. Please take note of deadline dates as ordering services on-site can add over 20% to your overall expenses. 

Inclusions in you exhibit space depend on your sponsorship level and contract.  All levels include a 6-ft. draped table, and two chairs.
Diamond and Platinum level also include space for a 10 x 10 booth.

Every sponsor’s representative is required to wear a badge. Please use this link to register all booth personnel.

Badges registered by June 12, 2019 will be placed on your exhibit table prior to your arrival. 

As a Sponsor, you are entitled to 2 booth personnel/day (Bronze & Silver) or 4 per day (Diamond & Platinum).  These badges give your staff access to track sessions and lunch over the 2-day symposium, when they are not working at your booth. 
This DOES NOT INCLUDE any special dinner event.

All deliveries to the hotel are handled by TDI.

If you are shipping from outside Canada, you will need Customs Brokerage and a Customs Letter. Please notify Jennifer Hiett if a letter is required and she will send a copy of the Customs Letter to you as soon as it is available.

Any Food or Beverage served from your booth must be pre-approved by the venue.  We therefore request that you contact Jennifer Hiett,  well in advance to facilitate this.
